Shipping and Delivery
We have two delivery methods: express delivery and small packages (express delivery has priority). We also have inventory in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China, and the delivery time depends on the shipping company
In the US, Canada and Mexico we generally use Amazon's FBA for fulfillment. Customers in Europe are shipped by Amazon or DHL in the UK. China, Korea, Singapore, Japan, and Southeast Asia generally use SF Express for delivery. Other regions generally use Express Mail Service (EMS) for delivery.
Under normal circumstances, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other regions will arrive in 3-7 days. For the rest of the regions, please refer to the table above.

Import tariffs
Upon delivery, we cover the customs duties. However, it should be noted that individual countries may impose tariffs, which would be the responsibility of the consumers. Upon selecting the delivery destination during checkout, relevant tariff information will be provided. For further details, please reach out to us via email.

Return and Exchange
Should you decide to return a product or wish to exchange it, please contact us via email, and we will gladly facilitate a return within 30 days of receipt.
Kindly Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the product in its original condition and packaging.
Refund
In the event of any product issues or if an incorrect item was shipped, please return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please note: We will not be responsible for return shipping and payment will need to be refunded to the original payment method for the order. All products need be returned in the original condition with original product packaging.
Tracking
Upon purchasing our product, you will receive a notification email once the item is shipped. This email will include pertinent shipping details, allowing you to track your package accordingly.
